In section 91(1), for the definition of “the appropriate new Agency” substitute—

““the appropriate agency” means—

(a)

in relation to England, the Agency;

(b)

in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

(c)

in relation to Scotland, SEPA;”.
