452.—(1) Section 6 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (13), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.

(3) In subsection (15)(a), for “the Environment Agency” substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
