464.—( 1) Mae adran 38 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle “the Environment Agency” a “the Agency”, ym mhob man lle y maent yn digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate agency”.

(3) Yn is-adran (4), cyn paragraff (a) mewnosoder—

“(za) the other appropriate agency, if—

(i) the work is carried out in its area, or

(ii) consequences of the kinds listed in subsection (1) are likely to occur in its area ,”.

(4) Yn is-adran (6), yn lle “Agency's” rhodder “appropriate agency's”.

(5) Ar ôl is-adran (10) mewnosoder—

“(10A) In this section—

“the appropriate agency” means—

(a)

the Environment Agency, in relation to work for the benefit of England, and

(b)

the Natural Resources Body for Wales, in relation to work for the benefit of Wales;

“area”, in relation to an appropriate agency, means—

(a)

in the case of the Environment Agency, England, and

(b)

in the case of the Natural Resources Body for Wales, Wales.”

(6) Gan hynny, ym mhennawd adran 38, yn lle “Environment Agency” rhodder “appropriate agency”.
