113.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(c)(iv) and (f), for “the Environment Agency” substitute “the appropriate authority”.
(3) After paragraph 1 insert—
“1A In this Schedule, “the appropriate authority” means—
(a)in relation to England, the Environment Agency;
(b)in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”
