284.—(1) Regulation 9 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph (2), before “SEPA”, in each place where it occurs, insert “ the NBRW, ”.

(3) In paragraph (4)(b)—

(a) in paragraph (i), omit “or Wales”;

(b) after paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) the NRBW, if the participating plant in question is in Wales,”.
