Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992E+W
30.—(1) Regulation 10(1) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) For sub-paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)the Environment Agency, where the land to which the application relates is in England;
(ea)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, where the land to which the application relates is in Wales;”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (l), for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
