Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011E+W

411.—(1) Regulation 7 of the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1), for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate agency ”.

(3) In paragraph (5), for the definition of “the Agency” substitute—

““the appropriate agency” means—

(a)as regards England, the Environment Agency;

(b)as regards Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

(c)as regards Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;”.
