2.—(1) Regulation 2(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the definition of “the Council”.
(3) In the appropriate place insert—
““the NRBW” (“CANC”) means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
(4) For “Council”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “NRBW”.
