35.—(1) Schedule 7 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 4—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2)(a), for “Agency” substitute “ NRBW ”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (3)(b), after “from Northern Ireland)” insert “ or the Agency (where the waste is transported from England) ”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (4)—

(i) after “or Northern Ireland” insert “ or England ”;

(ii) after “from Northern Ireland)” insert “ or the Agency (where the waste is transported from England) ”.

(3) In paragraph 5—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1), after “or Northern Ireland” insert “ or England ”;
