4. Nid yw paragraff 3 yn gymwys yn achos symud carthffos gyhoeddus, ond pan symudir carthffos o'r fath yn unol â hysbysiad neu orchymyn o'r fath fel a grybwyllir yn y paragraff hwnnw, bydd unrhyw berson—
(a)sy'n berchennog neu'n feddiannydd mangre sydd â'i draeniau'n gysylltiedig â'r garthffos honno; neu
(b)sy'n berchennog carthffos breifat sy'n gysylltiedig â'r garthffos honno,
â'r hawl i gael ei ddigolledu gan Network Rail mewn perthynas â gwariant a wnaed yn rhesymol gan y person hwnnw, oherwydd y symud, at ddiben cysylltu draen neu garthffos sy'n eiddo i'r person hwnnw ag unrhyw garthffos gyhoeddus arall neu â gweithfeydd preifat i waredu carthion.
