An NHS pharmacist must have in place arrangements which comply with the requirements of the National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 201142, for the handling and consideration of any concerns or complaints about a matter connected with the provision of pharmaceutical services by the NHS pharmacist.
