12. O ran unrhyw beth a wnaed gan swyddog, iddo neu mewn perthynas ag ef, cyn y dyddiad y mae’r awdurdod perthnasol yn ymgorffori rheolau sefydlog yn unol â’r Rheoliadau hyn, yn unol â—
(a)rheoliad 9 o Reoliadau 2006; neu
(b)y darpariaethau a nodir yn Atodlen 4 i Reoliadau 2006 (neu ddarpariaethau sy’n cael yr un effaith) a ymgorfforir yn rheolau sefydlog yr awdurdod perthnasol,
caniateir parhau i’w wneud ar ôl y dyddiad hwnnw gan y swyddog hwnnw, iddo neu mewn perthynas ag ef yn unol â’r darpariaethau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraffau (a) neu (b), yn ôl y digwydd.
