10.—(1) Cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol ar ôl derbyn yr hysbysiad o aseiniad, rhaid i’r perchennog ddarparu manylion y cyfrif banc y mae’r perchennog yn dymuno i’r aseinai dalu’r comisiwn iddo, sef y comisiwn y mae’n ofynnol i’r aseinai ei dalu i’r perchennog o dan baragraff 9(4) neu 10(8) o Bennod 2 o Ran 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf 2013 (yn ôl y digwydd).
(2) O fewn 7 niwrnod ar ôl derbyn y manylion hynny, rhaid i’r aseinai dalu’r comisiwn i’r cyfrif banc.
