Correction of errors in decisions
3.—(1) Section 56 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a)After paragraph (a) insert “and”;
(b)Omit paragraph (c) (and the “and” before it).
(3) Omit subsections (6) and (7).
