The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114(3), (4) and (5)(b) and (c), 115(1), (2), (4), (5) and (6) and 195(1)(b) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003(1), make the following Regulations:

(1)

2003 c.43. The functions of the National Assembly for Wales under the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 were transferred to and now vest in the Welsh Ministers by virtue of section 162 and paragraph 30 (2) (c) of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 c.32.
