22. Where the consideration of a complaint in accordance with the former complaints procedure has not been concluded at the time that these Regulations come into force then it must continue to be considered in accordance with that procedure.
23. The Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2005(1) are revoked save to the extent necessary for the purposes of regulation 22.
24.—(1) In Schedule 1 paragraph 10 of the Local Authority Adoption Service (Wales) Regulations 2007(2) for “The Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2005” substitute—
“The Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2014.”
(2) In regulation 9(1)(b)(iii) of the Social Care Charges (Review of Charging Decisions)(Wales) Regulations 2011(3) for “The Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2005” substitute—
“The Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2014.”
