The title of this Order is the Local Authority Elections (Wales) Order 2014 and it comes into force on 9 December 2014.

This Order applies to all local authorities3 in Wales.

In this Order, “the 1972 Act” (“Deddf 1972”) means the Local Government Act 19724.
