28.  The following instruments are revoked—

(d) the Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2011(4);

(e) in relation to Wales—

(i) the Animal By-Products (Identification) Regulations 1995(5);

(ii) the Animal By-Products (Identification) (Amendment) Regulations 1997(6).
