Diwygio Rheoliadau Cynlluniau Gostyngiadau’r Dreth Gyngor a Gofynion Rhagnodedig (Cymru) 2013
11. Yn Atodlen 10 (diystyriadau cyfalaf: personau nad ydynt yn bensiynwyr)—
(a)ar ôl paragraff 2 mewnosoder—
“(2A) Unrhyw daliad a wnaed i’r ceisydd mewn perthynas ag unrhyw deithio neu dreuliau eraill a dynnwyd, neu sydd i’w tynnu, gan y ceisydd mewn perthynas â chyfranogiad y ceisydd mewn cynllun a ragnodir yn rheoliad 3 o Reoliadau Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith (Cynlluniau i Gynorthwyo Personau i Gael Cyflogaeth) 2013(1) ond am 52 o wythnosau yn unig gan ddechrau gyda dyddiad derbyn y taliad.”;
(b)ym mharagraff 12—
(i)yn is-baragraff (1)(f) yn lle “,” rhodder “;”;
(ii)ar ôl is-baragraff (1)(f) mewnosoder—
“(g)credyd cynhwysol,”;
(c)ar ôl paragraff 62 mewnosoder—
“63. Unrhyw daliad a wneir gan y Trysorlys i’r ceisydd neu i bartner y ceisydd o dan Reoliadau Taliadau ar Sail Oed 2013 (Equitable Life) fel derbynnydd blwydd-dal Equitable Life cymwys.”
