Revocations E+W

46.  The following instruments and enactments are revoked in relation to Wales—

(a) the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations 1995(1);

(b) the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) (Amendment) Regulations 1999(2);

(c) regulation 10(3) of, and Part 3 of Schedule 8 to, the Food Standards Act 1999 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000(3); and

(d) the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2007(4).
