Anifeiliaid a ddanfonir ac eithrio mewn cynwysyddion
15. Rhaid i weithredwr y busnes ac unrhyw berson sy’n ymwneud â symud neu ddarparu gwalfeydd i anifeiliaid a ddanfonir ac eithrio mewn cynhwysydd sicrhau—
(a)y cymerir gofal i beidio â dychryn, cynhyrfu na cham-drin anifail;
(b)na chaiff unrhyw anifail ei droi ben i waered;
(c)os na leddir anifail ar unwaith wedi iddo gyrraedd, y darperir gwalfa iddo; ac
(d)nad eir ag unrhyw anifail i’r man lladd oni ellir ei ladd heb oedi.
