Gwalfeydd ar gyfer anifeiliaid
22. Rhaid i weithredwr y busnes ac unrhyw berson sy’n ymwneud â darparu gwalfeydd i anifeiliaid sicrhau—
(a)y darperir cyflenwad digonol o ddeunydd gorwedd addas ar gyfer pob anifail a gedwir mewn gwalfa dros nos, oni bai bod gan y walfa lawr slatiog neu rwyllog;
(b)bod dŵr yfed ar gael o gyfleusterau priodol drwy gydol yr amser i anifail a gedwir mewn gwalfa;
(c)y darperir swmp digonol o fwyd iachus i anifail wrth iddo gyrraedd y walfa a dwywaith y dydd wedi hynny, ac eithrio na fydd angen bwydo unrhyw anifail o fewn 12 awr i’r adeg pan leddir yr anifail;
(d)y darperir y bwyd mewn ffordd a fydd yn caniatáu i’r anifeiliaid fwydo heb darfu arnynt yn ddiangen;
(e)y gall anifail a gedwir mewn gwalfa heb ei rwymo orwedd, sefyll a throi rownd yn ddidrafferth; ac
(f)y gall anifail a gedwir wedi ei rwymo mewn gwalfa orwedd a sefyll yn ddidrafferth.
