Rhoi tystysgrifau a thystysgrifau dros dro
11.—(1) Rhaid i dystysgrif neu dystysgrif dros dro bennu’r gweithrediad, y categori o anifail ac (os yw’n briodol) y math o gyfarpar, y’i rhoddwyd ar eu cyfer.
(2) Ni chaniateir rhoi tystysgrif neu dystysgrif dros dro mewn perthynas â gweithrediad, categori o anifail ac (os yw’n briodol) math o gyfarpar onid yw—
(a)yn achos tystysgrif, y dystiolaeth o hyfforddiant ac arholi a gyflwynwyd gyda’r cais am y dystysgrif yn ymwneud â’r gweithrediad hwnnw, y categori hwnnw o anifail a’r math hwnnw o gyfarpar; neu
(b)yn achos tystysgrif dros dro, y cwrs hyfforddi y cofrestrodd y ceisydd arno yn darparu hyfforddiant sy’n ymwneud â’r gweithrediad hwnnw, y categori hwnnw o anifail a’r math hwnnw o gyfarpar.
(3) Bydd tystysgrifau neu dystysgrifau dros dro a roddir yn Lloegr, yr Alban, Gogledd Iwerddon neu Aelod-wladwriaeth arall o’r Undeb Ewropeaidd, ar gyfer gweithrediadau y mae tystysgrif neu dystysgrif dros dro yn ofynnol ar eu cyfer yng Nghymru o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, yn cael effaith yng Nghymru fel pe baent yn dystysgrifau neu dystysgrifau dros dro a roddwyd o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
