Eithriadau i’r gofyniad am drwydded

14.  Nid yw rheoliad 12 yn gymwys i unrhyw berson—

(a)sy’n dal tystysgrif a gofrestrwyd gyda’r awdurdod cymwys, ar yr amod bod cwmpas y dystysgrif yn cynnwys y gweithrediad a gyflawnir;

(b)sy’n gweithio ym mhresenoldeb, ac o dan oruchwyliaeth uniongyrchol, person sy’n dal tystysgrif neu drwydded a gofrestrwyd gyda’r awdurdod cymwys, ar yr amod bod cwmpas y dystysgrif neu’r drwydded yn cynnwys y gweithrediad a gyflawnir;

(c)sy’n gweithio ym mhresenoldeb, ac o dan oruchwyliaeth uniongyrchol, milfeddyg;

(d)yn ymgymryd â lladd anifail mewn argyfwng;

(e)yn lladd anifail at ddiben ac eithrio diben masnachol;

(f)at ddibenion heblaw bwyta gan bobl, yn lladd anifail yn y maes gan ddefnyddio bwled rydd;

(g)at ddibenion heblaw bwyta gan bobl, yn lladd dofednod drwy ysigo gyddfau (pan nad oes dulliau eraill ar gael ar gyfer stynio) mewn mangre sy’n ffurfio rhan o ddaliad amaethyddol y megir y dofednod ynddi;

(h)yn lladd anifail at y diben o ddiboblogi;

(i)yn lladd cywion neu embryonau dros ben mewn gwastraff deorfa;

(j)sy’n filfeddyg yn gweithredu wrth ymarfer ei broffesiwn; neu

(k)yn lladd anifail mewn amgylchiadau sydd y tu allan i gwmpas y Rheoliad UE yn rhinwedd Erthygl 1(3)(a).
