29.  Pan fo’r awdurdod cymwys yn caniatáu rhanddirymiad o dan Erthygl 18(3), rhaid i’r awdurdod cymwys gyhoeddi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o’r penderfyniad hwnnw, y caniateir—

(a)ei wneud yn ddarostyngedig i amodau;

(b)ei gyhoeddi ym mha bynnag fodd yr ystyria’r awdurdod cymwys yn briodol; ac

(c)ei ddiwygio, ei atal dros dro neu ei ddirymu mewn ysgrifen.
