Gofynion hyfforddi cyffredinol
3.—(1) Y gofynion mewn perthynas â hyfforddiant a bennir at ddibenion adran 19(2)(b) o’r Ddeddf yw—
(a)bod yr awdurdod trwyddedu wedi pennu’r gofynion mewn perthynas â hyfforddiant a nodir yn rheoliad 4;
(b)bod darparwr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig neu’r awdurdod trwyddedu yn ymgymryd â’r hyfforddiant;
(c)bod yr hyfforddiant yn cael ei gyflwyno drwy gwrs hyfforddi cymeradwy neu gwrs a gyflwynir gan yr awdurdod trwyddedu;
(d)bod rhaid i’r awdurdod trwyddedu fod wedi ei fodloni—
(i)bod y ceisydd am drwydded ac unrhyw berson cysylltiedig wedi cwblhau hyfforddiant perthnasol neu y bydd yn ei gwblhau, neu
(ii)os yw’r ceisydd am drwydded yn gorff corfforaethol neu’n landlord y mae adran 45 (landlordiaid sy’n ymddiriedolwyr) o’r Ddeddf yn gymwys iddo, bod unrhyw berson cysylltiedig wedi cwblhau hyfforddiant perthnasol neu y bydd yn ei gwblhau.
(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, rhaid i ddarparwr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig neu awdurdod trwyddedu ddarparu tystiolaeth bod yr hyfforddiant perthnasol wedi ei gwblhau drwy ddyroddi cadarnhad bod y ceisydd am drwydded neu unrhyw berson cysylltiedig wedi cwblhau’r cwrs neu’r cyrsiau yn llwyddiannus.
