30.—(1) A registered person is entitled to appear and make oral representations and to be represented, by any person or persons whom they desire, at any hearing of a [F1Fitness to Practise] Committee at which their case is considered.
(2) Where a registered person does not appear at a hearing of a [F1Fitness to Practise] Committee at which their case is considered, the registered person is entitled to make written representations.
