Review of disciplinary orders41

A Fitness to Practice Committee may at any time revoke a disciplinary order made by it where—

a

the only or main reason for making the order was that the person in relation to whom the order was made had been convicted of a relevant offence, and after the date the order was made the conviction in question was quashed; or

b

after the order was made the Fitness to Practice Committee obtain evidence not considered by it before they made the order, and it is satisfied that had it been aware of that evidence before it made the order it would not have made it.
