6. At ddibenion paragraff 29(3) o’r Atodlen i Ddeddf 2015, mae cynllun o dan Ddeddf 2004 yn cynnwys cynllun arfaethedig y mae CCAUC yn ei gael fel awdurdod perthnasol(1) o dan adran 34 o Ddeddf 2004 cyn 1 Awst 2015 ond nad yw’n cael ei gymeradwyo gan CCAUC tan ar ôl y dyddiad hwnnw yn dilyn adolygiad o dan reoliadau 11 i 18 o Reoliadau Ffioedd Myfyrwyr (Cynlluniau wedi eu Cymeradwyo) (Cymru) 2011(2).
