4.  In regulation 43(4) (pressure testing)—

(a) after “ the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing” insert “, the Independent Airtightness Testing Scheme Limited(1)”; and

(b) omit “the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing,”.
