18. Rhaid i bob awdurdod bwyd orfodi a gweithredu’r Rheoliadau hyn yn ei ardal.
Cymhwyso ac addasu darpariaethau yn y Ddeddf
19. Mae darpariaethau’r Ddeddf a bennir yng ngholofn 1 o’r tabl yn Atodlen 2 yn gymwys, gyda’r addasiadau a bennir yng ngholofn 2 o’r tabl hwnnw, at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.

20.—(1) Mae’r canlynol wedi eu dirymu—
(a)Rheoliadau Mêl (Cymru) 2003(1);
(b)Rheoliadau Mêl (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2005(2); a
(c)Rheoliadau Mêl (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2008(3).
(2) Yn Rheoliadau Gwybodaeth am Fwyd (Cymru) 2014(4) mae’r darpariaethau a ganlyn wedi eu hepgor—
(a)eitem 13 o’r tabl yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 6; a
(b)paragraffau 32 i 34 o Atodlen 7.
Diwygio Rheoliadau Gwybodaeth am Fwyd (Cymru) 2014
21. Mae Atodlen 3 (diwygio Rheoliadau Gwybodaeth am Fwyd (Cymru) 2014) yn cael effaith.

22. Rhaid i swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod bwyd beidio â chyflwyno hysbysiad gwella o dan adran 10(1) o’r Ddeddf, fel y’i cymhwysir ac y’i haddasir gan reoliad 19, fel y’i darllenir gydag Atodlen 2—
(a)os byddai’r hysbysiad gwella’n ymwneud â chynnyrch a gafodd ei osod ar y farchnad neu ei labelu cyn 3 Awst 2015; a
(b)os na fyddai’r materion a fuasai’n ffurfio’r drosedd honedig wedi bod yn drosedd o dan Reoliadau Mêl (Cymru) 2003 fel yr oeddent yn gymwys yn union cyn 3 Awst 2015.
