are manufactured from those constituents by a process involving Miscanthus processing, mixing, hot pressing and soaking in an ester bath;

are unmarked cylinder-shaped briquettes of 120 millimetres height and 60 millimetres diameter with a star-shaped hole running centrally through the longer length of the briquette;

have an average weight of 220 grams; and

have a sulphur content not exceeding 2% of the total weight.
