9. Nid yw cydsyniad sylweddau peryglus yn ofynnol ar gyfer presenoldeb sylwedd peryglus at ddibenion—
(a)chwilio am fwynau yn y môr ac elwa arnynt, gan gynnwys hydrocarbonau; neu
