The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) (Wales) Order 2015

Article 2 of this Order brings into force, in relation to Wales, section 89 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (“the Act”) which amends sections 11 and 12 of the Higher Education Act 2004 by expanding the list of higher education providers which are required to join the higher education complaints handling scheme.
Provisions coming into force on 1 September 20152
Section 89 of the Act comes into force on the 1 September 2015.
