(b)adran 3 (dyletswydd i baratoi, cyhoeddi ac adolygu strategaeth genedlaethol);

(c)adran 4 (dyletswydd i weithredu’r strategaeth genedlaethol);

(d)adran 9 (gwybodaeth am ddarpariaeth addysgol i hybu diben y Ddeddf hon);

(e)adran 11 (dangosyddion cenedlaethol);

(f)adran 12 (adroddiadau cynnydd blynyddol gan Weinidogion Cymru);

(g)adran 22 (cynllun blynyddol ac adroddiadau blynyddol); ac

(h)adran 23 (cyhoeddi adroddiadau).
