Personau sydd i gael eu trin fel rhai sydd wedi eu cydnabod o dan adran 8
4.—(1) Mae’r erthygl hon yn gymwys pan fo person, yn union cyn 21 Medi 2015, wedi ei gydnabod o dan adran 30(1)(e) o Ddeddf 1997(1) mewn cysylltiad â dyfarnu neu ddilysu cymhwyster perthnasol penodedig neu ddisgrifiad o gymhwyster perthnasol.
(2) O 21 Medi 2015 ymlaen, mae’r person i gael ei drin fel un sydd wedi ei gydnabod o dan adran 8 (cydnabod corff dyfarnu yn gyffredinol) o’r Ddeddf.
(3) Ond os yw’r person wedi hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru yn ysgrifenedig cyn y dyddiad hwnnw nad yw’r person yn dymuno cael ei gydnabod o dan adran 8 mewn cysylltiad â chymhwyster neu ddisgrifiad o gymhwyster nad yw’r corff wedi ei gydnabod mewn cysylltiad ag ef o dan adran 30(1)(e) o Ddeddf 1997, mae’r person i gael ei drin fel pe bai wedi pennu’r cymhwyster hwnnw neu’r disgrifiad hwnnw o gymhwyster o dan adran 8(2) o’r Ddeddf.
