Diwygiadau i Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru) 2010
2.—(1) Mae Gorchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru) 2010(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn erthygl 2 (dehongli) yn y man priodol yn ôl trefn yr wyddor mewnosoder—
“ystyr “statws rhydd rhag twbercwlosis” (“tubercolosis-free status”) yw buches sy’n bodloni’r amodau a nodir yn Atodiad A.1, paragraffau 1 a 2 o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 64/432/EEC(2) ar broblemau iechyd anifeiliaid sy’n effeithio ar fasnach ryng-Gymunedol mewn anifeiliaid buchol ac anifeiliaid o deulu’r mochyn.”
(3) Yn erthygl 12 (profi ar gyfer twbercwlosis) ym mharagraff (9) hepgorer y diffiniad o “colli ei statws rhydd rhag twbercwlosis”.
(4) Yn erthygl 14 (cofnodion o brofion ar gyfer twbercwlosis) ar ôl paragraff (3) mewnosoder—
“(4) Pan fo buches yn colli neu’n adennill ei statws rhydd rhag twbercwlosis caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gyhoeddi gwybodaeth am y fuches honno ar unrhyw ffurf y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn barnu ei bod yn addas at ddibenion helpu personau eraill i ddiogelu rhag lledaeniad pellach twbercwlosis.”
