Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“the Directive” (“y Gyfarwyddeb”) means Council Directive 2005/36/EC(1) on a general system on the recognition of professional qualifications;

“the Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau”) means the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007(2); and

“relevant state” (“gwladwriaeth berthnasol”) means an EEA state or Switzerland.
