The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 12, 19, 1871 and 203(9) and (10) of, paragraph 7(3) of Schedule 2 to, paragraph 25(3) of Schedule 3 to, and paragraphs 2, 2A2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 10 to, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20063.
