Regulation 20 (appointment of other committees by a council) of the principal Regulations is amended as follows.

For paragraph (3) substitute—

The executive committee must determine the constitution and standing orders of committees appointed under this regulation, which may be varied or revoked only with the approval of the executive committee.

Omit paragraph (4).
