Swyddogion
17.—(1) Mae rheoliad 23 (swyddogion) o’r prif Reoliadau wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle paragraff (2) rhodder—
“(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gyfarwyddo Ymddiriedolaeth GIG yng Nghymru neu Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol—
(a)i gyflogi person i weithredu fel Prif Swyddog i Gyngor neu i nifer o Gynghorau;
(b)i gyflogi personau i weithredu fel unrhyw swyddogion eraill i Gyngor neu i nifer o Gynghorau ag sy’n angenrheidiol ym marn yr Ymddiriedolaeth GIG yng Nghymru neu’r Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol sy’n cael ei chyfarwyddo neu ei gyfarwyddo.”
(3) Yn lle paragraff (3) rhodder—
“(3) Caiff personau a gyflogir o dan y rheoliad hwn gynnwys person sydd i’w adnabod fel Dirprwy Brif Swyddog i bwyllgor lleol neu i nifer o bwyllgorau lleol a sefydlir o dan reoliad 17.”
(4) Ym mharagraff (4) ar ôl “Cyngor” mewnosoder “neu’r Cynghorau”.
