Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn dirymu Gorchymyn Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014 (Cychwyn Rhif 7) 2016 ac yn dwyn i rym y darpariaethau hynny a restrir yn erthygl 2 ar 23 Tachwedd 2016.
Hwn yw’r wythfed gorchymyn cychwyn a wnaed gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan Ddeddf Tai (Cymru) 2014 (“y Ddeddf”).
Mae erthygl 2(2) yn dwyn i rym y darpariaethau a ganlyn o Ran 1 y Ddeddf: adrannau 4, 9, 11, 13, 28, 30 i 33, 35, 43 a 44 a’r darpariaethau a ganlyn at bob diben sy’n weddill: adrannau 5 i 8, 10, 12, 29, 34, 40 i 42 a 46.
