Y gofyniad i gofrestru
7.—(1) Ni chaiff person ddarparu gwasanaethau ymarferydd dysgu seiliedig ar waith ar gyfer neu ar ran corff dysgu seiliedig ar waith (ac eithrio fel gwirfoddolwr) oni bai ei fod wedi ei gofrestru o dan adran 9 o Ddeddf 2014 yn y categori ymarferydd dysgu seiliedig ar waith.
(2) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys i berson syʼn darparu gwasanaethau ymarferydd dysgu seiliedig ar waith y mae Rhan 2 o Reoliadau 2015 yn gymwys mewn cysylltiad â hwy (rhyddid i ddarparu gwasanaethau yn y Deyrnas Unedig ar sail dros dro ac achlysurol).
