3.—(1) Mae cymhwyster a nodir yn is-baragraff (2) yn gymhwyster gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid at ddibenion y categori gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid yn Nhabl 1 ym mharagraff 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf 2014 os cafodd ei ddyfarnu gan gorff a gydnabyddir gan Gymwysterau Cymru o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf 2015 mewn cysylltiad â dyfarnu’r cymhwyster hwnnw.
(2) Y cymwysterau yw—
(a)dyfarniad Lefel 2 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(b)tystysgrif Lefel 2 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(c)tystysgrif Lefel 3 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(d)diploma Lefel 3 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid.
