7. Mae person yn bodloni’r gofynion eraill at ddibenion y categori gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid yn Nhabl 1 ym mharagraff 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf 2014—
(a)os oedd y person hwnnw yn athro cymwysedig neu’n athrawes gymwysedig, cyn 31 Rhagfyr 1988, o fewn ystyr Rhan 3 o Reoliadau Addysg (Athrawon) 1982 (gweler rheoliad 13), neu
(b)os yw’r person hwnnw wedi ei awdurdodi i ymarfer fel gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid yn rhinwedd Rhan 3 o Reoliadau 2015 (rhyddid ymsefydlu yn y Deyrnas Unedig).
