For point 9 in column 1 of Schedule 2 (persons to whom the regulations apply and the respective compensating authority) to the Local Government (Compensation) Regulations 19744 substitute the following—

A person employed by a voluntary organisation as defined in section 197 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”.
