There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments) (Secondary Legislation) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 106.
106. In regulation 3 (sight tests – eligibility) of the Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008(1), for paragraph (1)(f) substitute the following—
“(f)who is registered as sight-impaired or severely sight-impaired under section 77(1) of the Care Act 2014 (registers of sight-impaired adults) or in a register kept by a local authority in Wales under section 18(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
