In regulation 2 (interpretation) paragraph (1) of the Education (Admission of Looked After Children) (Wales) Regulations 200962, in the definition of “relevant looked after child” for “section 22 of the Children Act 1989” substitute “section 74 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
