10. In regulation 2 (interpretation) paragraph (1) of the Education (Areas to which Pupils and Students Belong) Regulations 1996(1), in the definition of “child looked after by a local authority” after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 74(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
