In regulation 42 (interpretation of chapter 4)—
a
in paragraph (2)(e) after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, any payment made under section 81 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”;
b
in paragraph (2)(f) after “section 24 of that Act” insert “or section 104 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 in so far as that section applies to category 5 and 6 young persons within the meaning of that Act”.
